Collectivization
- Small farms moved to collectives (called Kolkhoz)
- Focus was just on output
- Kulaks (wealthier peasants) started resisting Collectivization
- Kulaks were send to Gulags in Siberia
The Communist Party wanted to collectivize the whole economy of Russia. Small farms moved to Kolkhoz. But the Kulaks resisted the Collectivization by protesting and they also started burning their fields so the government couldn´t use their fields. Most of the Kulaks were executed or send to Gulags in Siberia.
