The Dawes plan 1924, the young plan 1929
Dawes Plan:
- Was an attempt to solve the reparations problem
- Reduced reparations
- Owen Young American banker
- Wanted the German Reparations to be reduced by 3/4
- Annual payments made on a scale
- Germans hated it
These to plans were two projects to promote the european economy and make Germany able to to rebuild their economy and also pay their reparations to France and the other allies who paid their war loans back to the USA. But Germany hated these plans because they meant just more payments for them. With these two plans the USA acted against the maxim of Isolationism
